45 Days of Loving Kindness
A Clear and Loving Focus
Beginning Monday, February 11, we will launch 45 days of Metta or Loving-Kindness practice. It will be the focus of all meditation classes.
Come and explore elements such as compassion, generosity, kindness, equanimity, sympathetic joy, forgiveness, and love.
A special class will be held on the last day, Wednesday March 27. A pot-luck community dinner at the studio will follow. Families welcome.
Our meditation classes are open to both new and experienced students. All are welcome!
