Silent Meditation Retreats


Join Samantha Kinkaid, Founder of Yoga Everyone, for a silent retreat that focuses on nourishing health and well-being.

You will come away deeply relaxed, with a greater sense of ease and well-being.

10:00am- 2:30pm

The day’s practices will include seated and walking meditation, body sensing, mindful eating and chanting. All participants should bring a packed lunch.

Sliding Scale $40-80 for the day. Please pay at the highest rate you can afford to support those who may be experiencing some financial challenges.

Two places will be offered on a scholarship basis. Please email and put Scholarship for Silent Retreat Requested in the subject line. State your reason for seeking a scholarship briefly in the body of the email.

This silent retreat is suitable for those brand new to meditation and retreat practice. All are welcome.
