Yoga Care – Therapeutics

Yoga Care is a gentle class that focuses on supporting the body’s natural healing capacity. Research shows yoga helps relieve stress, ease pain, improve sleep and increase overall well-being.

Students who benefit from Yoga Care are those:

- recovering from surgery or illness,
– still working with a physician or physical therapist,
– with spinal issues,
– those with chronic pain,
– under high physical or mental stress,
– senior citizens,
– those in a caregiver role,
– and anyone who needs a more therapeutically focused class.

Yoga Care combines gentle postures, breathing techniques, guided imagery, and mindfulness practices in a warm and nurturing studio.

Tuesday and Thursday – 10:30AM – 11:30AM.
Saturday — 10:30AM – 11:30AM.
